Installation Overview

1. Cool Down Engine: Allow engine to reach ambient temperature.

2. Drain Coolant: Partially drain the cooling system below the level of the hose.

3. Remove Hose Clamps: Loosen OEM clamps and slide them back away from hose ends.

4. Extract Old Hose: Twist and pull the old hose from its fittings.

5. Fit New Hose: Slide the new hose onto each pipe until the hose shoulder seats.

6. Secure Clamps: Position and tighten the original clamps to the specified torque.

7. Refill & Bleed: Refill coolant, bleed air pockets, then check for leaks and correct coolant flow.
