Fuel Injector Insulating Ring 13 537 564 751

Maintain precise fuel delivery and protect your engine’s injectors with the genuine fuel injector insulating ring (part 13 537 564 751). This engineered elastomer ring sits between the injector and cylinder head, providing a leak-proof seal, vibration dampening and thermal isolation to ensure consistent performance and longevity.

Key Benefits

  • Exact OEM Fit
Manufactured to BMW’s original CAD dimensions for seamless drop-in replacement—no modifications required.

  • Thermal Isolation
High-temperature elastomer resists heat transfer from the cylinder head to the injector body, preserving injector electronics and fuel atomization.

  • Vibration Dampening
Resilient material absorbs engine vibrations, reducing injector wear and noise for smoother idling and operation.

  • Leak-Proof Sealing
Precision-molded profile ensures uniform compression around the injector bore, preventing fuel or combustion gas leaks.

  • Chemical Resistance
Elastomer compound withstands exposure to gasoline, additives and engine oils without swelling or degradation.
