Technical Specifications

1. Raise vehicle and remove under-tray screws.

2. Detach wheel-arch liner fasteners and disconnect fog-lamp harness.

3. Unbolt old bumper cover (eight M8 bolts) and disengage side clips.

4. Transfer grills, sensors and lamp mounts to the new fascia.

5. Align new cover; hand-thread bolts, then torque to 24 Nm.

6. Refit liners and under-tray, check panel gaps, then apply paint and clear-coat.
