Turbocharger Oil-Return Gasket 2011979

Restore leak-free oil drainage and protect your turbocharger with the genuine Ford turbo oil-return gasket (part number 2011979). Precisely machined for the 2.0 EcoBlue diesel engine, this seal fits between the turbine housing and oil-return pipe, preventing oil seepage that can foul the exhaust and damage turbo internals.

Key Benefits

  • Factory-precise fit: flange profile and bolt-hole spacing match Ford’s CAD data for perfect sealing without modification.

  • Multi-layer steel core: high-strength stainless-steel sandwich maintains clamp load and resists high-temperature creep.

  • Nitrile sealing coat: micro-layer of elastomer fills surface irregularities for complete oil-tight performance.

  • Extreme-temperature endurance: rated for surface temperatures up to 900 °C and negative crankcase pulses.

  • Rapid repair: replaces worn or damaged seals in under 30 minutes, restoring turbo reliability and oil consumption rates.

Vehicle Compatibility

  • Ford Focus (Mk 4/5) – 2.0 EcoBlue diesel

  • Ford Kuga (Mk 2/3) – 2.0 EcoBlue diesel

  • Ford Mondeo (Mk 5) – 2.0 EcoBlue diesel

  • Ford S-MAX & Galaxy (Mk 3) – 2.0 EcoBlue diesel

  • Ford Transit & Tourneo Custom – 2.0 EcoBlue diesel

Always confirm the part number 2011979 on your old gasket or via VIN before ordering.
